This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to the efficient delivery of key financial processes.Your new roleWorking as part of a high-performing team, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the purchase ledger function.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate mannerManaging supplier and internal queries, providing a professional and responsive servicePerforming supplier statement reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving accounts payable discrepancies and outstanding queriesMaintaining accurate supplier accounts, ensuring balances are regularly reviewed and cleared where appropriateClosing and maintaining purchase orders within the systemSupporting the wider finance team with additional administrative and project-related tasks as requiredWhat you''ll need to succeedPrevious Accounts Payable experience gained within a large or complex organisationStrong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholdersThe ability to ..... full job details .....
