Accounts Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their growing team, offering the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of clients, provide high-quality advisory support and play a key role in the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities: As an Accounts Manager, you will Oversee a diverse client portfolio, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality service while identifying opportunities to support wider business growth. Provide clients with accounts preparation, financial reporting and advisory support, working closely with them throughout the audit process. Use your technical expertise to ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting standards, including IFRS, FRS 102 and FRS 101. Monitor and manage project finances, taking ownership of budgets, costs, billing and the timely recovery of outstanding fees. Lead, support and develop junior team members through effective supervision, coaching and regular performance and development reviews. Requirements: As an Accounts Manager, you will need ACA or ACCA qualification, with at least three years'' post-qualified experience Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients and supervising or coaching junior team members.
