Accounts Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a supportive team based in Swinton. This role involves a range of transactional finance duties and supporting month-end processes.This is a great opportunity for someone with Accounts Assistant or similar experience who is looking to develop their career in a professional environment.Key responsibilities:Process purchase invoices, match to orders/delivery notes, and maintain supplier accountsPrepare supplier payments, reconcile statements, and resolve queriesRaise sales invoices, allocate payments, and manage debtor balancesPerform daily and monthly bank reconciliationsComplete balance sheet reconciliationsPost journals and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end reporting and audit preparationGeneral finance and administrative supportPerson Specification:Strong organisational and administrative skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)AAT qualification or studying towards would be an advantage but not essentialBenefits:Company pension schemeStudy supportFlexible working 25 days holidays + bankFree on site parkingCompany ..... full job details .....
