Description The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include: Processing purchase and sales invoices Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable Processing payments and maintaining accurate supplier and customer records Reconciling bank and control accounts Supporting month-end processes and reporting Maintaining accurate financial records and filing Assisting the wider finance team with general accounting and administrative duties Profile A successful Accounts Assistant will have: Previous accounts payable experience - essential Knowledge of CIS and DRC VAT - highly desireable Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong organisational skills Excellent time-management skills Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to work ..... full job details .....
