Do you have your AAT Level 2 or similar and are looking to build your career within a well-established and respected legal practice offering a friendly working environment and long-term stability?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established law firm as part of a friendly and supportive Accounts team. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the practice, working closely with lawyers and the wider Accounts team.

This varied role will involve processing financial entries, reconciling client and office bank accounts, checking and processing bills, managing client payments and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.

This role would suit someone who has their AAT Level 2 or similar and is looking for a long-term, office-based opportunity within a respected legal practice.

The Role:

• Processing entries into the firm''s accounts systems
• Daily reconciliation of client and office bank accounts
• Checking and processing bills
• Managing client payments and resolving payment-related queries
• Liaising with lawyers to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5 pm)

The Person:

• AAT Level 2 or similar
• Looking for a full-time role
• Commutable to Portsmouth
