Your new companyA well-established accountancy practice with an impressive client portfolio that supports and advises businesses across.Your new roleOur client, a well-established independent firm in West London, is seeking an Accounts and Tax Manager to join their close-knit team and play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on position offering a mix of accounts production, personal tax compliance and advisory work, together with responsibility for managing and developing client relationships.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clientsReviewing year-end statutory accounts prepared by junior team membersPreparing and reviewing personal tax returns for directors and sole tradersProviding tax planning and advisory support to clientsManaging day-to-day client relationships and acting as the main point of contactSupporting the Partners with business development opportunitiesSupervising, mentoring and developing junior members of staffEnsuring work is completed accurately and within deadlinesWhat you''ll need to succeedACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience)Previous experience gained within an accountancy practice environmentStrong knowledge of accounts preparation and personal taxExperience managing a client portfolioExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working ..... full job details .....
