Job role: Accounts Analyst - Norwich 5 month contract Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00-16:45 (12:30-13:00 unpaid lunch break) Friday 8:00 - 12:30 37.5 hours per week Hourly rate based on experience. My client are looking for an Accounts Analyst to join them on a temporary basis for approx. 5 months initially, the successful candidate will have experience with FPandA software(SAP), advanced Excel skills and be familiar with Sage Job Role Summary: The Accounts Analyst s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, supporting accounts payables and receivables, supporting budgeting, forecasting, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring smooth operations of the financial department. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Review and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment • Perform monthly reconciliations • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required • Assist with month end closing • Provide supporting documentation for audits • Manage and track financial transactions and create financial reports • Analyse and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance • Work closely with the financial team to assist in budgeting and forecasting • Analyse financial data and create reports for management • Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast ..... full job details .....
