We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Analyst to join our clients finance team. This ongoing contract role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial department and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with company management systems, including Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in FP&A software, particularly SAP; familiarity with SAGE and Visibility is a strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytical techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across departments and seniority levels.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading financial teams.
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and coordinating with international financial shared service centers is highly desirable.
