Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our Witton based client who are seeking an Administrator with accounts experience to join their busy and friendly office.
The role is on a temporary to permanent basis and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Duties and tasks will include:
- Using accounts systems
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Remittance advice
- Answering the phone
- Liaising with internal departments
- Data entry
- Using Word/ Excel
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
- Basic accounts experience
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Sage is preferred but not essential
