This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy, project-led environment, where you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records while also contributing to general office support.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple tasks and can adapt quickly in a fast-moving business.Key ResponsibilitiesTransactions and Invoice ProcessingHandle the day-to-day processing of purchase and sales invoicesEnsure invoices are accurately recorded, coded, and approved in line with processesAssist in preparing supplier payment runsBanking and ReconciliationsComplete daily bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepanciesSupport monitoring of cash movements and financial accuracyExpenses and Financial RecordsReview and process staff expense claims in a timely mannerMaintain accurate financial data within Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralEnsure all records are up to date and aligned with internal proceduresOffice and Administrative SupportOrder office supplies and manage stock levelsProvide general administrative support across the businessAssist with ad hoc tasks and contribute to process improvements where possibleSkills and ExperienceRequirementsPrevious ..... full job details .....
