Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced, Assistant Accountant to join a company based just outside of Horsham, West Sussex. The Assistant Accountant will join a small Finance team, supporting with financial analysis and monthly management accounts. Location: Outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. Office based. Parking is available onsiteSalary: 37-40KHours: 8.30-5 / 9-5.30Assistant Accountant duties:Process foreign currency invoices and paymentsProcess daily bank transactions across Main, Deposit, Reserve, USD, and EUR accountsMonitor and maintain stock and stock reconciliationsManage the invoicing, accounts payable dailyWeekly balance sheet reconciliations for all bank accountsPreparation of month end balance sheet reconciliationsSupporting month end management accountsUpdate and maintaining cash flowFinancial analysis tasks such as: the annual budget process and review, monitor cash flow etc.Skills and experience:Experience working in a similar Assistant Accountant or Management Accounting role and be part qualified CIMAGood communication skills both verbally and writtenExperience with online accounting packages such as; Sage, ..... full job details .....
