Account Specialist

Account Specialist - 20 hour role Monday - Friday

Working hours: onsite 4 hours per day, 5 days per week with flexibility on timings between 8am and 5pm

Working location: Abbott Whitney

This is a site based role!

As our Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Manage onboarding requirements for new hires ensuring relevant systems are updated and maintained, and keeping key stakeholders updated on progress.

- Support the maintenance of live systems and active assignments by reviewing assignment end dates and taking the necessary steps to update systems or process leavers.

- Support worker engagement by managing feedback processes throughout the length of the assignment

- Act as a back up for the onsite engagement account specialist when on holiday or busy
