Sales Executive / Account ManagerAnnual Salary: £28,000 to £33,000Location: West SussexJob Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Hybrid Working: 4 days office-based, 1 day working from homeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive / Account Manager to join a growing organisation within the aviation sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, account management, or customer service, particularly within aviation, engineering, manufacturing, or other technical environments.Day-to-day Duties of the role:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and order fulfilment.Prepare and issue quotations, follow up on opportunities and maximise conversion rates.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Liaise with internal departments such as Operations, Procurement and Logistics to ensure seamless customer service.Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems.Produce regular account reviews and sales reports.Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.Attend customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required.Support the achievement of ..... full job details .....
