Key responsibilities: Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle Organising and supervising test drives Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system Following up on leads to build lasting relationships Requirements: Strong people skills and a professional approach Confident communicating both in person and over the phone Works well independently and as part of a close team IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems Full UK driving licence Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
