Account ManagerLocation: Blackwood Department: Customer Services About the RoleRecruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to join our clients team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, developing strong working relationships and ensuring that customer requirements are understood and delivered effectively.This is a highly organised, customer-facing role involving the coordination of customer requirements with internal teams, managing projects and ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of existing customer accounts.Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships.Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day customer requirements.Understand customer expectations and ensure these are communicated effectively internally.Coordinate customer projects from initial requirements through to completion.Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.Provide customers with regular updates on projects, orders and delivery requirements.Attend customer meetings and occasional customer visits when required.Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Coordinate the resolution of customer concerns with the appropriate internal departments.Monitor project progress and ensure agreed deadlines are achieved.Ensure customer information and records are maintained accurately.Manage ..... full job details .....
