This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, ensuring projects, orders, and customer requirements are managed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key customer accountsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships, including visiting customer sites when requiredProduce and maintain account plans to meet both business and customer objectivesManage the repeat order and contract review process, ensuring materials, engineering resources, and production capacity are aligned with customer requirementsWork closely with purchasing teams to ensure materials are available to meet delivery schedulesSupport engineering teams with administration tasks, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and MRP system updates when requiredExpedite and resolve issues that may impact delivery dates or customer commitmentsIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and promote additional servicesPrepare and negotiate quotations for existing customersLiaise ..... full job details .....
