What you''ll be doing Managing and growing key accounts - shipyards, yacht management companies, and major maritime stakeholders. Hunting for new business and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to contract. Presenting commercial proposals up to board level. Working across Bridge Electronics, Navigation, Servicing, Maintenance, Support Contracts and Airtime solutions. Collaborating with internal technical, delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Attending exhibitions, conferences and team meetings - and occasionally travelling overseas. Keeping the CRM accurate and your pipeline well managed.
