The Role

You''ll take ownership of an established customer portfolio while proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities. From managing key accounts and analysing sales performance to leading customer meetings and negotiating deals, you''ll play a key role in driving profitable growth across the business.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Analysing sales trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Leading customer presentations, pitches, and negotiations
• Managing projects from brief through to successful delivery
• Producing forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer service

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Management of Retail customer accounts
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing data
• Food, FMCG, or wholesale sector experience
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
