What you''ll be doing Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts from enquiry through to order completion. Becoming the first point of contact for customers, delivering a responsive and professional service. Building strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Preparing tailored quotations and following opportunities through to completion. Proactively identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and with prospective customers. Achieving sales objectives through account development and relationship management. Maintaining accurate customer information. Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Representing the business at occasional customer visits, exhibitions and networking events.
