They are looking for a Account Manager to add to the team.Account ManagerPermanent£30,000-£35,000 (Dependant on Experience)Monday - Thursday :00, Friday pmBasildon Account ManagerJob DescriptionTo manage a large Account and deliver on time to cost and qualityTo provide program update reports both internal and external whilst managing the Despatch schedulesOwn the business metrics of QCD regarding parts passing through the companyInterface with other departments, the senior management teams and customersMaintain, improve and stabilise the Customer demand signalsEffectively plan and manage for program recovery if requiredTo generate visual business metric, which enable business performance to be tracked on a regular basis and targets achievedTo work within cross functional teams to support business development, growth and improvement projects as requiredAccount ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/QualificationsExtensive knowledge of production processes and Customer Relationship Management preferably within the aerospace or automotive industry or similarStrong customer focus combined with business development skills/ commercial awarenessExperience of using project management methodologies and ..... full job details .....
