Duties and Responsibilities of the Account Manager Provide administrative sales support, including processing quotations, customer orders and amendments, preparing documentation and reports, coordinating dispatch, shipping, and billing Proactively call customers to promote available products and digital tools, including the customer online portal offering virtual or onsite training if required.
