You’ll own your own patch of accounts, manage high-volume influencer campaigns, and help grow revenue across our key clients.You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery for your campaigns, briefing creators, analysing performance, and leading client comms ,with support from a talented delivery team. You’ll also help shape our internal processes, develop junior team members, and contribute to commercial growth through upselling, pitching, and proposal building.This role suits someone who’s highly organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable working independently on fast-paced digital campaigns.What You’ll Be DoingManaging creator campaigns for record label and entertainment clientsOwning relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients — and contributing to Tier 1Spotting upsell opportunities and helping bring in new businessCreating decks and reports with strong insights and strategyMentoring junior team members and helping them developManaging finance processes and internal documentationStaying across trending creators and formats on TikTok and InstagramWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience managing client relationships and influencer campaignsDeep understanding of short-form platforms and creator marketingAbility to independently run end-to-end campaignsStrategic thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProven track record in upselling or pitching new businessComfortable presenting ideas, decks, and reports to clientsWorking Pattern and BenefitsHybrid: 3 days in our London office (Tue–Thu), WFH Mon and Fri25 days holiday + UK bank holidaysCycle to work schemeGym membershipPrivate healthcare via Vitality (with extra perks ..... full job details .....
