We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Account Manager to join our corporate subscription team at Property Week, the leading news magazine in the commercial and residential property market. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small, dynamic team of two where you can truly make an impact and build strong, lasting relationships with our corporate client base.
In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of over 200 accounts, managing the full subscription lifecycle. This includes providing a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, proactively managing renewals, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, updating their details, ensuring they are getting the most from their subscription, and acting as their trusted advocate. You will also have the chance to attend Property Week events, connecting with clients and industry leaders face-to-face.
The ideal person for this role is a natural communicator who thrives on building rapport. We welcome sales experience from any background, including the hospitality industry, as we believe a great salesperson can come from anywhere. You should be socially open, motivated, and confident in your ability to sell. We are looking for someone who is keen to work on their own initiative and is committed to personal and professional success.
This is a full-time, permanent, and hybrid position based in Croydon, London. The salary is up to -30,000 with a 20% bonus.
