Manage follow-ups and customer interactions through to successful order confirmation.Effectively communicate client requirements to relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on the status of product and service delivery.Monitor and report on key account performance, delivering accurate and timely insights to support management decision-making.Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, ..... full job details .....
