Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.Key DutiesDeliver exceptional customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.Source, vet, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client managers.Provide and present management information.Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.Support weekly payroll and other administrative tasks when required.Maintain an on-site presence at the client site, liaising with the client as needed.RequirementsExperience in recruitment account management or managing busy customer accounts.Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable.Full UK driving licence.Flexibility to be on-site at Ellesmere Port from 06:45 and work around client requirements.Strong communication and organisational skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary with generous commission scheme.A minimum of 33 days holiday, plus birthday off and a You Day.Employee Assistance Scheme (EAP) and life ..... full job details .....
