As part of their exciting growth plans, they are recruiting for an Account Manager to support their increasing client portfolio, ensuring customers get the most out of the services provided and spotting new revenue opportunities.The RoleOwn the client journey from sale to renewal (and beyond)Build and maintain existing B2B client relationships to successfully retain accounts and realise upsell opportunitiesEngaging with clients in a structured manner, progressing opportunities as they present Consultatively build relationships Uncover client''s business challenges and identify relevant business opportunitiesEfficiently and effectively process assigned opportunities into salesAct as a ''Voice of Authority'' for their product needsManage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospectsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsThe PersonDemonstrable pedigree in B2B account management with a track record of achieving cross/upsell and renewal targetsDegree educated or equivalent is preferred, although not essential Ideally from a business consulting/services, software or tech backgroundAbility to develop trust and ..... full job details .....
