5 days a week including at least 2 days in Old Street, London officeWe''re looking for a talented Account Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You''ll work alongside Client Partners and Account Directors on an established portfolio of clients, managing large and complex campaigns, as well as ad-hoc projects. You''ll be responsible for producing high-quality work, consistently delivering on time and on budget while developing innovative strategies to help clients attract top talent.What you''ll do

Manage comprehensive project lifecycles across multiple clientsTake ownership of complete accounts or significant work streamsDevelop and execute strategic campaign conceptsLiaise daily with clients and internal teamsCollaborate with our in-house film production company, studio, creative, brand and insight, media, and social teamsCreate and implement project plans and proposalsEnsure consistent high-quality deliveryWhat we''re looking for

3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in employer branding or recruitment marketingProven track record of managing complex, multi-dimensional client projectsStrong understanding of creative development processesProject management and planning capabilitiesExceptional ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrable experience in developing client relationshipsAbility to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing client needsWhat we offer
