Day to day duties include: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about new products and promotional activity. Growing sales revenue and developing long-standing relationships with customers. Keeping records of calls and processing orders in an accurate manner. Manage and maintain an accurate database/CRM. Looking after a selection of business accounts and managing relationships with them all on a regular basis.
