The Role As Account Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale soft services FM contract worth £10M
• Leading, motivating, and developing on-site teams to ensure operational excellence
• Driving client satisfaction through a proactive, solution-driven approach
• Managing budgets, compliance, reporting, and service innovation
• Identifying opportunities for service improvements and efficiencies

About You We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proactive, not reactive – a natural problem-solver who stays ahead of the game
• Highly efficient, organised, and commercially astute
• Experienced in managing large FM contracts (soft services) at senior level
• A confident communicator who can build strong client and stakeholder relationships
• London-based (or within easy reach)
