We’re looking for a professional with 1-2 years of experience to become a valued team member and client counselor. Opportunities to grow are earned and celebrated across the wider team.Salary: £28,000 – £32,000.Responsibilities
Liaise with client contacts over Slack, email, in-person and on status calls to deliver relevant updates; ability to draft client messages with minimal editsDevelop pitches, build accurate target media lists in Muck Rack, draft thoughtful briefing materials, engage with media, and build core reporter relationshipsAnalyse Muck Rack open data to draw out themes and trends to share with teams/clientsRead and share relevant news with teams and clients; demonstrate understanding of client media prioritiesConsume industry news to understand how it might impact or connect to clients; lead rapid responseEffectively track speaker/awards/events calendars to maximise client successResearch and identify targeted influencersSocial calendar management and content creationDeliver call/meeting reports to team leads for review with minimal editsPrepare reporting, including drafting agendas, action items, priorities and recap emailsHelp project manage account work across teams, tracking tasks in AsanaBrainstorming and creative thinking; contribute to internal and client brainstorms and planning sessionsRespond to internal requests in a timely mannerUnderstand client goals and KPIs; alert team members if tasks/KPIs are delayed and propose remediesParticipate in business development opportunities; take an active role in pitch meetingsRequirements
With 1+ years of professional experience, strong understanding of communications and client serviceInterest in technology and how it impacts our lives today, and potential future impactAmbitious and driven, able to handle complex challenges and problem solveAccountable for work and ownership of tasksProactive, not waiting for direction; willing to take on new tasksStrong time management to meet deadlines and support the teamProactively offer solutions to problemsCompetency with industry tools such as Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater, etc.Ability to connect news/trends to clients and understand the media landscapeAttention to detail in scheduling, notes, or press releases, with eagerness to learn new skills and toolsStrong computer literacy with G Suite, Slack, Microsoft Office, and social applicationsUniversity degree preferred but not required; we welcome non-graduates who demonstrate aptitude for the roleBenefits
