National Account Director

Permanent Role | UK National | Up to -100,000 + Package

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of a large national integrated Facilities Management contract
• Provide leadership across multiple sites, ensuring consistent delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services
• Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key client stakeholders across the UK
• Drive operational excellence, commercial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure contractual compliance, governance, and achievement of all KPIs and SLAs
• Lead, coach, and develop regional operational teams to deliver exceptional service standards
• Identify opportunities for business growth, innovation, and added value throughout the contract lifecycle
• Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets and profitability are achieved

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience operating as a National Account Director, Account Director, or Senior Operations Director within Facilities Management
• Strong background managing integrated FM services across both Hard and Soft FM disciplines
• Demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-site national FM contracts
• Commercially astute with full P&L management experience and a track record of delivering financial performance
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills at executive level
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
