Account Director

Are you an experienced Account Director with a strong engineering and Hard FM background? We’re recruiting for an Account Director to lead the delivery of Hard Services and projects across a prestigious, high-end commercial estate in Central London.

This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for an £8m contract, combining operational leadership with full financial and commercial control.

The Role
 
As the Account Director, you will:

• Lead Hard FM and project delivery across a complex commercial estate.
• Take ownership of an £8m contract, including financial and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop a 24/7 engineering operation of approximately 15–20 engineers.
• Drive contract performance, service standards and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Take overall ownership of operational performance across the site.

About You
 
To be successful as the Account Director, you’ll have:

• A strong engineering, technical services or Hard FM background.
• Senior leadership experience on a large, complex FM contract.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering and operational teams.
• Excellent client and senior stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence to take full ownership of contract performance and delivery.
