Account Coordinator

Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for customer service and contract coordination? We are looking for an Account Co-Ordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of contracts, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations. What You ll Do Manage and coordinate customer accounts, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved. Raise and process sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to track and manage orders, escalating where necessary. Maintain and update company systems (including ERP, Prima, and customer portals) to reflect accurate order and cost data. Prepare reports, forecasts, and customer KPI updates. Provide first-class customer service, handling queries and resolving issues promptly. Support Account Managers with new contract implementation, review meetings, and forecasting. Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
