Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for customer service and contract coordination? We are looking for an Account Co-Ordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of contracts, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate customer accounts, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Raise and process sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to track and manage orders, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain and update company systems (including ERP, Prima, and customer portals) to reflect accurate order and cost data.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and customer KPI updates.
- Provide first-class customer service, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support Account Managers with new contract implementation, review meetings, and forecasting.
- Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
- Proven ability to plan, organise, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within the clothing and/or manufacturing industry.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- Clean current driving licence.
- Willing to undergo a CRB check.
