TieTalentAnderselite are working with tier 1 contractor who are working in a joint venture seeking an Induction and Access Coordinator to join their civils/rail division.Location: London, NW10Duration: 6 months rolling contractRole

The Induction and Access Coordinator, as an essential part of the wider security team, is responsible for the smooth operation of the project wide access control and workforce management system. Reporting to the Induction and Access Lead, the successful candidate will act as the go-to for anything Induction related queries for all 23 main site compounds and offices, managing all aspects of the induction process, knowledge of the competency framework, and managing the workforce management system as per requirements set by project stakeholders. They will be approachable, a team player and must have excellent communication skills to assist in liaising with staff, sub-contractors and visitors.The Induction and Access Coordinator is responsible for:Managing Access controlUnderstanding competency management when uploading and verifying documentsManaging the induction day for the projectTroubleshooting with supply chain organizational administratorsMaintaining the induction email box dailyVerifications and checking of profiles for inductionAction vetting clearance emailsMaintain all induction processes via the Engage process and create the documentsMaintain the procurement approval process before adding a new supply chain to the systemMaintaining and chasing expired documentsBriefing and guidance to the project team, subcontractors, suppliers and 3rd parties on developments to the systemRepresenting the client to ensure that the joint venture\''s interests and commitment for security and safety are aligned with their needsReporting any breaches or abuse of the system and escalation to the Security Systems ManagerDriving innovation and upskilling of the project team in all security systems matters and continuous improvementSupport the wider Health Safety and Security team in the rollout of specific Health and Safety briefings and behavioral change program \u0027Love for Life\u0027To be considered for this position please reply to this advert with your CV for consideration.Senioriry level
