Role: 3rd Line Technical Lead Location: Cheltenham (hybrid working) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits Benefits: Competitive salary, hybrid working, senior influence, long-term progression Our client, a leading IT support and managed services provider, is recruiting a 3rd Line Technical Lead to join their business at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a senior position and will be one of the first technical hires in a newly opened Cheltenham office, launched as part of a wider expansion strategy through 2026. This role will play a key part in establishing and shaping the new office, while also acting as a long-term technical stakeholder within the wider business. The organisation delivers managed IT support, Microsoft cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure services to a growing client base, and this role will have genuine influence over future technical and service direction.
