London (Hybrid - 1/2 days in office)ASAPA leading MSP with offices in London are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer – Team Lead to join their extremely successful and fast-growing team. This role is a hybrid position between a 3rd Line technically hands on position and overseeing the smooth running of the organisation Service Desk Team.This will be a fantastic role for someone already working in a Team Lead level of role, or for someone who is technically hands on at 3rd Line Support level and looking to take that next step up into a Team Lead capacity.Technical Experience
Proficiency in networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, VLANsExperience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms such as Darktrace, Huntress, and BitdefenderFamiliarity with MDM, RMM, and ITSM platforms (e.g., Addigy, Intune, ConnectWise, and Freshservice)5 years minimum in an IT Support Role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a technical lead type capacity.Any experience working for either an MSP, Consultancy or client driven business is highly beneficial.Note:
