3rd Line Support Engineer , you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining secure infrastructure environments, while also contributing to project work such as upgrades and new deployments. This role goes beyond day-to-day incident management you will be working closely with Engineering, SOC, and Network teams, as well as taking part in project delivery, system upgrades, and wider infrastructure initiatives.What’s On Offer

Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues across Windows Server, VMware, AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, RDS and storage/backup environmentsSupporting wider teams (Engineering, SOC, Network) with escalated technical incidentsPatching and maintaining test and live environments (Windows, RHEL, AV, WSUS, product updates)Administering Active Directory accounts, groups, memberships, permissionsContributing to project work such as system upgrades, deployments and migrations (e.g. Exchange upgrades)What We’re Looking For

Infrastructure support experience across:Windows Server

(support and config)Active Directory

(admin level, GPO, permissions)VMware vSphere

(Hyper-V considered if strong)Windows OS supportStorage and backupsRDS, WSUSDesirable

SharePoint, SQL, ExchangeStrong troubleshooting and defect resolution skillsExperience supporting

secure Defence/MOD environments

is highly advantageousGood communication skills and ability to work with multiple technical teamsPlease Note
