Key Responsibilities Provide third-line support across server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver infrastructure improvements.Develop automation using PowerShell where appropriate.Support backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve.Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers.Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient and compliant.Participate in an out-of-hours support rota.
