3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer My mulit award winning and very well established client, is in need of a fully office-based, 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer position located in Norwich City Centre You will be the highest tier of internal technical support, responsible for maintaining, securing, and innovating the company''s core infrastructure. Microsoft Ecosystem: Administering Windows Servers, Desktop OS, Active Directory, and Group Policies. Networking: Configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing. Cloud Support: Managing cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments. Operational Expectations No Remote Work: The role is strictly 100% on-site at the Norwich office.
