3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer My mulit award winning and very well established client, is in need of a fully office-based, 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer position located in Norwich City Centre You will be the highest tier of internal technical support, responsible for maintaining, securing, and innovating the company s core infrastructure. Microsoft Ecosystem: Administering Windows Servers, Desktop OS, Active Directory, and Group Policies. Networking: Configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing. Cloud Support: Managing cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments. Operational Expectations No Remote Work: The role is strictly 100% on-site at the Norwich office.
