2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer
to join a fast-paced, client-focused IT Solutions and Managed Service Provider (MSP). You''ll be the go-to person for technical issues, working across various environments to keep systems running smoothly and clients satisfied.In this role, you''ll support a broad range of SME customers, providing remote and occasional on-site support across desktop, server, networking, and cloud platforms. Daily tasks include troubleshooting complex issues, assisting with project rollouts, and system upgrades.You should have a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, M), networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls), and experience in a customer-facing role emphasizing communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle escalations and 2nd line support tickets via the service deskTroubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office, Azure, networks, and cloud platformsAssist with project work such as migrations, deployments, and upgradesMaintain detailed documentation and meet SLA targetsProvide excellent service with a proactive, consultative approachRequirements:Previous MSP experience is essentialStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a high-energy, multi-client environmentSalary:
