We have a dedicated team of people working across our various North London sites, making a positive difference to the environment and the local community.By processing household waste at our facility, we produce enough waste from energy to power 80,000 homes every year and recycle 70% of items through our Reuse and Recycling Centres.About the role

As the 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be crucial in implementing and supporting IT systems across the organisation. You will be part of a dynamic IT team, responsible for managing and supporting over 400 users across seven locations in London. Your experience in IT support within a fast-paced environment will be key, particularly in managing a hybrid IT estate that includes both on-premises and cloud technologies.You will also be required to collaborate with third-party IT contractors to ensure system installation, maintenance, and support as required, contributing to the overall IT roadmap for secure and efficient operations. This role also includes some information security officer duties with training and progression.Responsibilities

Work within the ITIL V4 FrameworkIncident management and service request fulfilmentSupport private cloud infrastructure VMware 7.X/8.XProvide Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 supportAdminister Exchange Online and Active Directory and Azure cloud portalManage Access Control (Paxton), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Email Security (Mimecast and Ironscales)Handle Helpdesk Tickets (GoTo Resolve / Halo)Administer Windows Server and Mobile Device Management (GoTo Resolve MDM)Support installation and the maintenance of EDR/Anti-virus (Sophos)Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, Cisco/Extreme network devices)Experience Collaborating with third-party contractors to deliver IT architecture, installation and escalating additional IT support.Experience delivering IT Engineering projects.Experience resolving IT incidents and fulfil IT requests through the service desk.Experience in 2nd Line IT Engineering and support.IT training, certification and (or) degree.Drivers license.Benefits
