What You''ll Be DoingIn this role, you''ll be responsible for delivering technical support and engineering tasks across a busy Windows environment, including:Reviewing Windows-related service requests and providing fast, accurate responsesUsing automation to build images, documentation, work instructions and server configurationsBuilding and configuring Windows Servers (predominantly virtualised on VMware)Physical server builds and racking within secure data centre / computer room environmentsUpdating and maintaining gold images, patching and upgrading Windows ServersProducing capacity management reports and attending engineering meetingsEnsuring all builds align with internal and customer standardsVisiting customer or company sites when required to support installations or documentation reviewsHighlighting risks or issues early to protect timelines, costs and solution qualitySupporting testing ..... full job details .....
