A leading Investment Management business are currently seeking a 2 Line IT Support Engineer to join them on a 6 month initial contract in London. The role requires prior 2 line support experience in Investment Management or a similar Financial Services business.£300 - £325pd via Umbrella or PAYEEssential Requirements:Experience working as a 2 line IT Support EngineerExperience working in mostly an office-based IT Support functionGood knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, Microsoft Office packages, iPads, Printers and a good understanding of IT generallySkill or experience working with mobile devices such as mobile phones and tabletsKnowledge of iOS configuration and support of Apple devices including iPhone, iPad and MacBook and familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions.Knowledge of service management tools e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, SNOW, etcVery strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures - ITIL Foundation Certificate is desirableIf you meet these requirements please apply for immediate consideration.
