They are looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Technician to join their team.Duties and responsibilities of a 2nd Line IT Technician include (but are not limited to):Efficiently deal with all allocated queries and issues that have been escalated from 1st line supportDevelop rapport and relationships with service users and key stakeholders within service user organisationsMeet SLA targets and be involved in any process improvement discussionsDeployment and installation visits to new and existing clientsOccasional weekend work at football matches providing supportThe successful candidate will have:At least one recognised industry recognised qualification, such as Comptia A+, N+, Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Network Management and Security BTEC Extended Diploma (Level 3) etc.2-3 years of experience working within a managed service provider is ESSENTIALA full and clean driving license for travel to client sites with own transportHappy to travel into the Oldbury office 3 times a week and open to weekend work on a rota basis (c. once a month)Experience in a client facing role with the confidence to build rapport and relationshipsA fantastic opportunity for an IT technician looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation.Interested?
