They''re looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their friendly and supportive IT team, providing hands-on technical support across multiple school sites. This is a varied role where you''ll be supporting both staff and students, acting as an escalation point for 1st Line Support and helping to ensure the Trust''s IT systems remain reliable, secure and effective. It''s a fantastic opportunity for an experienced school IT technician who wants to develop their technical skills and progress within a growing IT team.The Role Working across multiple school sites, your responsibilities will include:Acting as an escalation point for 1st Line IT SupportDiagnosing and resolving issues across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, printers, networks and educational softwareProviding remote and on-site technical support to staff and studentsConfiguring, deploying and maintaining laptops, desktops, tablets and peripheral devicesSupporting classroom technology including interactive displays, projectors, AV equipment and printing solutionsAdministering Microsoft 365 accounts, licences and permissionsManaging ..... full job details .....
