They are looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their technical team in the Gloucestershire area. This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working across Microsoft cloud technologies and developing their experience within cyber security. You ll work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, support their IT environments and contribute to ongoing projects and technology rollouts. What You ll Do: Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to a range of customers Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 hardware and software issues Support Microsoft 365 environments and user administration Administer and troubleshoot Entra ID and Exchange Online Support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Assist with Microsoft Intune deployments and device management Support cyber security solutions and promote security best practice Monitor and resolve technical issues across customer environments Participate in customer projects, migrations and technology rollouts Provide occasional onsite ..... full job details .....
