Staff work closely together to provide high-quality support, and inclusion is at the heart of everything they do.Your new roleSupporting a child in Year 3 who is autistic and requires a consistent, nurturing approach.Pre-verbal/minimally verbal and uses visual communication strategies.Is currently in pull-ups and requires support with toileting.Will use a potty rather than a toilet and is not yet able to manage toileting independently.Requires close supervision throughout the dayBenefits from sensory regulation strategies and structured routines.What you''ll need to succeedLevel 2 or Level 3 qualification or equivalent.Experience supporting children with autism.Knowledge of sensory processing needs and sensory regulation strategies.Experience supporting pre-verbal or minimally verbal children.Experience with toileting support.The ability to work closely with the class teacher, SENCo and wider school team.What ..... full job details .....
