About the Role:
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a compassionate and proactive 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to supportandnbsp; children in Year 2 with autism and communication difficulties. The ideal candidate will have a calm, patient nature and experience implementing strategies aligned with EHCP targets.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Provide tailored 1:1 support to help children access learning
andbull; Use visual aids, PECS, and sensory activities to support communication
andbull; Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists
andbull; Encourage emotional regulation and positive peer interactions

Requirements:
andbull; Experience working with children with ASD or speech and language needs
andbull; Knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies
andbull; Kind, consistent, and enthusiastic approach to learning
